摘　　要：目的:观察盐酸托莫西汀对注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)患儿生活质量的影响。方法:选取2016年9月至2017年9月就诊于第二军医大学长征医院儿科ADHD专科门诊,并确诊的ADHD患儿62例,32例予服用盐酸托莫西汀治疗6个月(治疗组),30例暂不服药的患儿作为对照组。采用SNAP-Ⅳ量表和CHIP-CE量表考察盐酸托莫西汀对患儿症状和生活质量的影响。分别在治疗前(基线)、治疗2个月和治疗6个月进行问卷调查评估。结果:治疗前两组患儿一般资料、SNAP-Ⅳ评分和CHIP-CE评分无统计学差异(P>0.05)。经盐酸托莫西汀治疗后,治疗组患儿SNAP-Ⅳ评分显著下降,CHIP-CE评分显著升高,与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:盐酸托莫西汀可以显著改善ADHD患儿的症状和生活质量。Objective:To observe the efficacy of atomoxetine hydrochloride on the life quality of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods:From September 2016 to September 2017,62 children diagnosed as ADHD were enrolled who sought medical care in ADHD clinic of Department of Pediatrics,Changzheng Hospital,Second Military Medical University.Thirty-two patients were treated with atomoxetine hydrochloride for 6 months(the treatment group),30 patients without medication were enrolled as the control group,SNAP-]Y scale and CHIP-CE scale were used to evaluate the in-dexes of symptoms and life quality,respectively.Questionnaire survey and evaluations were made before treatment(at base-line),2 months and 6 months after treatment,respectively.Results:Before treatment,the basic information,SNAP-Y scores and CHIP-CE scores in the two groups had no statistical differences(P〉0.05).After treatment with atomoxetine hydrochlo-ride,the SNAP-IY scores of children in the treatment group significantly decreased and CHIP-CE scores significantly increased compared with the control group(PC0.01).Conclusion:Atomoxetine hydrochloride could significantly improve the symptoms and life quality of children with ADHD.
