摘　　要：目的:分析上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院医院制剂包装缺陷的发生规律,并提出有效的预防和改进措施。方法和结果:回顾性分析2014-2016年医院制剂的包装缺陷发生率、发生原因及上报来源,制定包装缺陷改进措施。通过优化生产流程,采购高质量药品包装材料,改进分装设备,加强产品自查制度,提高工作人员责任意识等,医院制剂包装质量得到了明显提高。结论:通过分析制剂包装的缺陷并加以改进后,提高了医院制剂包装质量,保障了制剂的安全使用。Objective:To analyze the regular rules of packaging defects in hospital preparations and propose effective pre-vention and improvement measures.Methods and Results:Packaging defect rate,causes and reporting sources of hospital prep-arations from 2014 to 2016 were respectively analyzed,and improvement measures for packaging defects were proposed.Through such measures as optimizing production process,purchasing high-quality packaging materials,updating packaging systems,intensifying the system of product self-inspection and heightening the staff?s sense of responsibility,the packaging quality of hospital preparations had been improved obviously.Conclusion:Through analysis of the defects in preparation packa-ging and followed-up improvement,the packaging quality of hospital preparations has been improved and safe application of preparations could be ensured.
