摘　　要：装配式建筑正在我国建筑行业掀起一阵革新的潮流,但是就现阶段而言,装配式建筑的成本却远远高于传统建筑,直接影响其发展。论文简述了装配式建筑发展现状,并与传统建筑做出比较,进而分析影响装配式建筑的主要因素,并提出相应建议。Assembled buildings are setting off a wave of innovation in the construction industry in China.However,at this stage,the cost of assembled buildings is much higher than that of traditional buildings,which is directly affecting their development.This article briefly describes the development status of assembled buildings,and compares them with traditional buildings,then analyzes the main factors affecting the assembled buildings,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
