摘  要:采用超声波辅助提取苏籽油,在单因素试验基础上通过正交试验对提油工艺进行优化,并采用气相色谱法对最优工艺下提取的苏籽油中α-亚麻酸的含量进行测定。结果表明,超声液辅助提取苏籽油的最佳工艺条件为:以正己烷为提取溶剂,料液比l∶55,超声功率50 W,超声波提取时间125 min,超声波提取温度55℃,在此条件下苏籽油得油率为34.88%。气相色谱法测定最佳提取工艺下所得苏籽油中α-亚麻酸含量为0.121 3 mg/μL,占总油量的15.2%。The ultrasound-assisted extraction of perilla seed oil was studied and the content ofα-linolenic acid was determined by gas chromatography.Based single factor experiment,the extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows:n-hexane as extraction solvent,ratio of material to liquid l∶55,ultrasonic power 50 W,extraction time 125 min,extraction temperature 55℃.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of perilla seed oil was 34.88%.The content ofα-linolenic acid in the perilla seed oil obtained from the best extraction conditions was 0.121 3 mg/μL,accounting for 15.2%of the total oil.
