布洛芬混悬液治疗小儿发热的效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的研究布洛芬混悬液治疗小儿发热的效果及安全性。方法选取2017年2~7月我院收治的100例发热患儿,采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用金莲清热颗粒治疗,观察组采用布洛芬混悬液。比较治疗总有效率、退热时间、不良反应及治疗前后睡眠质量、生活质量评分。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者退热时间[(1.02±0.25)h]短于对照组[(3.54±0.54)h],差异有统计学意义(t=29.945,P=0.000);观察组患者不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者睡眠质量评分及生活质量评分的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组睡眠质量及生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿发热治疗中给予布洛芬混悬液具有显著效果,可缩短退热时间,保证患儿睡眠质量及生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Ibuprofen Suspension in the treatment of fever in children.Methods From February to July 2017,100 children with fever treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Jinlian Qingre Granules,while the observation group was treated with Ibuprofen Suspension.The total effective rate,antipyretic time,adverse reactions,sleep quality and quality of life before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The antipyretic time([1.02±0.25]h)in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group([3.54±0.54]h),the difference was statistically significant(t=29.945,P=0.000).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in sleep quality score and quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of sleep quality and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Ibuprofen Suspension has a significant effect in the treatment of pediatric fever,and can shorten the time of abating fever and ensure the sleep quality and quality of life in children,which deserves clinical promotion.
