摘　　要：本文系福建省教育厅2016年科研项目"基于学校文化创新力的阅读推广实践研究——邓拓精神观照下的优质阅读专题建设"的课题设计论证,主要阐述该课题的研究现状、研究价值、研究目标、研究内容、关键问题及创新读者服务工作,特别是在文化创意、阅读推广过程中,借鉴企业文化管理、跨文化管理、学校文化管理和科学管理经验等;并以校友邓拓同志的"勤读、善思、践行"精神为例,简述学校文化创新力、高品位校园文化建设等。This article is the research design of the research project“Based on the reading and promotion of the school culture innovation-the construction of the quality reading topic under the view of Deng Teng Spirit”of the research project of the Ministry of Education of Fujian Province in 2016.It mainly describes the current research status and research value of the topic.Research objectives,research contents,key issues and innovative reader service work,especially in the cultural creativity,reading promotion process,learning from corporate culture management,cross-cultural management,school culture management and scientific management experience;and with the alumni of Comrade Deng Tuo Taking the spirit of“difficult reading,good thinking,and practice”as an example,the school’s cultural innovation,high grade campus culture construction,etc.
