摘  要:剥落掉块病害是石窟普遍存在的病害类型,当前主要采用粘贴或粘贴加小锚杆锚固技术进行治理,但对小锚杆的锚固特性、抗拔能力、与其相适宜的钻孔直径等问题研究成果甚少。本项目提出采用微型木锚杆技术治理石窟剥落掉块病害,其典型特征是在直径小于20 mm的微型钻孔中,以松木锚杆为芯材、以环氧树脂-粉煤灰浆液进行灌浆锚固;主要研究木锚杆直径对极限抗拔力的影响、木锚杆直径不变时钻孔直径大小对极限抗拔力的影响等。试验结果表明:木锚杆极限抗拔力随木锚杆直径的增大而增大,但不成正比例增加关系;对确定直径的微型木锚杆,存在最佳钻孔直径的现象。工程实用时建议采用直径10 mm的木锚杆,相应的钻孔直径设定为14~16 mm。As spalling and falling damage are commonly existing in the grottoes,presently paste or paste combined small anchors are adopted for treating the problem.Yet less research is published for the mechanism of small anchors,for example,the effect of borehole diameter on pullout capacity of small anchors et.al.The micro pine rod techniques are presented for treating the spalling and falling problem of grottoes rock mass,in the typical technique,the borehole diameter is less than 20 mm,the pine rod is anchored by epoxy resin-fly ash slurry.The main research includes the influence of the diameter of the anchor rod on the ultimate pullout resistance;the influence of the borehole diameter on the pullout capacity for a certain diameter of pine rod.Test results indicate that the ultimate pullout capacity increases with the increasing of rod diameter,without exhibiting linear relations.For the pine rod with a certain diameter,there is an optimum borehole diameter correspondingly.In engineering practice,it is proposed that the diameter of pine rod is set as 10 mm and the corresponding borehole diameter is set as 14-16 mm.
