摘　　要：目的探讨乌司他丁对大鼠急性肺损伤的预防作用的作用机制。方法 30只大鼠随机分为对照组、致伤组、预防组。在造模4 h后处死大鼠,观察大鼠肺脏的病理改变,测定肺泡通透性指数及肺组织中MDA的含量,SOD的活力。结果预防组肺组织病理变化的改变程度较致伤组减轻。与致伤组比较,预防组的肺泡通透性降低非常明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。预防组与致伤组相比,MDA含量降低非常明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),SOD的活力升高非常明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论乌司他丁对大鼠急性肺损伤的预防作用。Objective To investigate the the prevention effect of ulinastatin(UTI)on acute lung injury induced by oleinic acid in rats,and to explore possible action mechanism.Methods Thirty healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups:control group,oleic acid injury group,UTI prevention group.At 4 hours after modelling,these rats were sacrificed,and the pathological changes of lung,the lung permeability indexes(LPI)and levels of MDA,SOD were observed and compared among the three groups.Results The pathological changes of lung tissue in UTI prevention group were significantly slighter better than those in oleic acid injury group,and pulmonary alveoli permeability was significantly decreased in UTI prevention group(P<0.01).As compared with those in oleic acid injury group,the levels of LPI and MDA were significantly decreased in UTI prevention group(P<0.01),however,the levels of SOD were significantly increased(P<0.01).Conclusion The ulinastatin has preventive effects on acute lung injury induced by oleinic acid in rats.
