摘　　要：目的观察锥形束CT(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)在牙根纵裂的明确诊断和预后评价方面的作用。方法选取门诊根据主诉、临床症状及临床检查、X线片判定为牙根纵裂患者70例,根据患者的需求并知情同意的情况下,进行CBCT检查,排除牙根纵裂2例,实际入围病例68例,对符合条件病例进行分析,并对典型病例进行汇报。结果牙根纵裂因为发生的位置深,容易误诊漏诊,CBCT可以从轴面、矢状面和冠状面三个维度上对患牙进行观察,图像质量好,分辨率高,为牙根纵裂的诊断提供精准的信息和结论。结论 CBCT作为一种口腔影像学技术,能够多角度观测牙根纵裂的患牙,减少误诊情况的发生,倡导对不能明确诊断的牙根纵裂病例,通过CBCT明确诊断。Objective To investigate the effects of cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)in diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of vertical root fracture.Methods Seventy patients with vertical root fracture who were diagnosed according to the complaints,clinical symptoms and clinical examination,X-ray examination were enrolled in the study.According to the needs of and informed consent of patients,these patients were examined by CBCT,for 2 cases were excluded,68 patients were finally enrolled in the study.The typical cases were analyzed.Results As the location of vertical root fracture was deep and easy to be misdiagnosed and missed diagnosis,CBCT could observe the affected teeth from three dimensions,with good images and high resolution,providing accurate information and conclusions for the diagnosis of vertical root fracture.Conclusion CBCT as an oral cavity imaging technique can observe the affected teeth of vertical root fracture from multiple angles,reduce the incidence of misdiagnosis and diagnose the vertical root fracture that can not be definitely diagnosed.
