摘　　要：造影剂致急性肾损伤(contrast-induced acute kidney injury,CI-AKI)是介入诊疗术严重的并发症之一。随着研究的深入,其发病机制和危险因素逐渐被认识;但由于目前仍缺乏切实有效的防治策略以及越来越多的心血管疾病患者合并糖尿病和基础肾功能受损,CI-AKI仍然是目前最重要的临床问题。据此,本文回顾CI-AKI诊断标准、危险因素、早期诊断标志物预防策略及近期的研究进展,以期能为临床工作提供有价值的信息。The contrast-induced acute renal injury(CI-AKI)is one of the serious complications of interventional therapy.As the study goes on,its pathogenesis and risk factors are gradually recognized.However since there is still lack of effective prevention and control strategies,and there are more and more patients with cardiovascular disease complicated by diabetes mellitus and impaired renal function,CI-AKI is still the most important clinical problem.On this basis,this article reviewes the CI-AKI diagnosis standard,risk factors,early diagnostic markers prevention strategies and recent research progress in order to provide valuable information for clinical work.
