护理干预对产妇胎膜早破发生新生儿感染的干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析护理干预对产妇胎膜早破发生新生儿感染的干预效果。方法选取2015年8月至2017年1月接收的胎膜早破产妇180例,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组90例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理。对比护理后新生儿皮肤软组织感染、呼吸道感染、眼结膜感染、口腔黏膜感染、血液感染、胃肠道感染发生率,记录新生儿并发症发生、产妇满意度情况。结果护理后,2组新生儿均有皮肤软组织感染、呼吸道感染、眼结膜感染、口腔黏膜感染、血液感染、胃肠道感染出现,观察组总发生率为11.11%高于对照组32.22%(P<0.05);2组新生儿均有出现压疮、便秘、泌尿系统感染、肺部感染等并发症,2组患者并发症总发生率分别为5.56%和18.89%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组产妇对新生儿健康教育、母婴安全管理、新生儿日常指导、护理技术操作以及母乳喂养指导的满意评分均分别高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予产妇胎膜早破新生儿给予综合护理干预,可降低新生儿感染以及并发症的发生,提高产妇对护理工作的满意度,效果显著,值得临床推广使用。Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on neonatal infection in pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes(PROM).Methods A total of 180 pregnant women with PROM who were admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2015 to January 2017 were enrolled in this study,and these patients were divided into control group(n=90)and observation group(n=90)according to random number table.The patients control group were treated by routine nursing care,whereas the patients in observation group were treated by comprehensive nursing intervention.The incidence rates of neonatal skin and soft tissue infections,respiratory tract infections,conjunctival infections,oral mucosal infections,blood infections,and gastrointestinal tract infections were observed and compared between two groups before and after nursing.In addition,neonatal complications and maternal satisfaction degree were observed.Results After nursing,the neonates in both groups had skin and soft tissue infections,respiratory infections,conjunctival infections,oral mucosal infections,blood infections,and gastrointestinal infections.The total incidence rate was 11.11%in observation group,which was significantly higher than that(32.22%)in control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the complications including pressure sore,constipation,urinary system infection and pulmonary infection were observed in both groups.The total incidence rate of complications in observation group was 5.56%,which was significantly higher than that(18.89%)in control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the satisfaction scores of newborn health education,maternal and child safety management,daily neonatal guidance,nursing technical operation and breastfeeding guidance in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for neonates in parturients with PROM can reduce the incidence of neonatal infections and complications,and improve maternal satisfaction degree to the nursing work,which achieves significant eff
