摘 要:建立了SCR反应器三维模型,利用Fluent软件,通过UDF实现烟气组分因发生化学反应而引起的质量变化,从而模拟催化剂层复杂的脱硝反应,分别研究了反应器入口烟气速度、温度、NH3/NOx等对反应器性能的影响。结果表明:入口烟气速度分布不均匀性对反应器的性能影响不大,入口烟气NH3/NOx分布不均匀性对反应器的性能影响较大,而入口烟气温度分布不均匀性对反应器的性能影响最为显著;反应器脱硝性能更高时,其对入口NH3/NOx分布的均匀性要求也更高;反应器脱硝性能是入口烟气速度、温度及NH3/NOx综合影响的结果。A three-dimensional numerical model was established by using Fluent software and complex denitration reaction was simulated by using user-defined function(UDF).On these bases,the effects of non-uniform distribution of inlet flue gas velocity,inlet temperature and NH 3/NO x on the reactor performance were investigated.The results showed that,the uniform degree of inlet flue gas velocity had little influence on the reactor performance,while that of the NH 3/NO x had the great influence.And the uniform degree of inlet temperature had the greatest influence.In addition,the requirement of the uniformity of inlet NH 3/NO x was higher when reactor had a better performance.Furthermore,the reactor performance was affected by the comprehensive of inlet flue gas velocity,inlet flue gas temperature and inlet NH 3/NO x.
