摘 要:CPFD数值计算方法可有效解决三维空间内连续流体和大量颗粒的耦合计算问题,利用该方法模拟研究了某热电厂循环流化床锅炉炉膛内的气固流动特性,采用Wen Yu-Ergun模型,得到炉膛的压力轴向分布与实际测试结果吻合;在此基础上分析颗粒的粒径、浓度和速度沿轴向和径向的分布规律,得到了炉内颗粒的流态化流动形态和动力学特性。模拟结果可为以后的锅炉运行提供实际指导经验。CPFD numerical computation method can effectively solve the calculation problem of coupling continuous fluid and a large number of particles in three dimensional spaces.The gas-solids flow characteristics of the running circulating fluidized bed boiler furnace in a thermal power plant were investigated based on this simulation method.The result showed that the pressure axial distribution of the furnace predicted by using the WenYu-Ergun model was in good agreement with the actual test result.The distribution regularity of particle size,concentration and velocity along the axial and radial directions were analyzed.The results showed the fluidization morphology and kinetics characteristics of particles in the furnace.The simulation results had good engineering application background and practical significance,which could provide practical guidance experience for boiler operation in the future.
