摘 要:目的探讨血清Irisin基因多态性与糖尿病肾病患者微血管病变的相关性。方法选择2016年1月—2017年1月解放军白求恩国际和平医院收治的糖尿病肾病92例,根据尿蛋白水平分为临床蛋白尿组43例和微量蛋白尿组49例。检测2组血清中Irisin水平及其基因多态性差异,并采用Pearson线性相关性分析血清Irisin水平与尿蛋白的相关性。结果与微量蛋白尿组相比,临床蛋白尿组血清Irisin显著降低(P<0.01)。血清Irisin水平与糖尿病肾病患者尿蛋白水平呈负相关(r=-0.239,P=0.021)。2组血清Irisin基因rs16835198多态性分布比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者血清Irisin水平下降、血清Irisin基因rs16835198多态性分布与肾微血管病变有关。Objective To investigate correlations between serum Irisin and its gene polymorphism with microvascular lesions in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 92 diabetic nephropathy patients admitted during January 2016 and January 2017 were divided into clinical proteinuria group(n=43)and microalbuminuria group(n=49)according to urinary protein levels.Differences in serum Irisin levels and its gene polymorphism were detected between the two groups,and correlations between serum Irisin level and urine protein was analyzed by Pearson linear correlation analysis.Results Serum Irisin level was significantly decreased in clinical proteinuria group compared with that in microalbuminuria group(P<0.01).Serum Irisin levels were negatively correlated with urinary protein levels in patients with diabetic nephropathy(r=-0.239,P=0.021).There was statistically significant in distribution of Irisin gene rs16835198 polymorphism between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Decrease of serum Irisin level can be found in patients with diabetic nephropathy,and distribution of serum Irisin gene rs16835198 polymorphism is associated with renal microvascular lesions.
