摘 要:目的探究阶梯习服训练、间歇式低氧预适应训练对军人急性高原反应(AMS)的干预效果。方法选择平原(海拔1000 m以下)地区青年士兵100例,按习服方法分为A、B组,每组50例。A组为阶梯训练组,B组为间歇式低氧预适应训练组。观察2组进入训练基地前、后平静状态下心率、血氧饱和度(SaO_2)指标,及训练后AMS评分变化情况。结果进入训练基地后(3000 m、4000 m及预订海拔高度),随着进驻或模拟高度的增加,2组心率和SaO_2比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过2周渐进式习服训练后,进驻预订海拔高度1 d,2组AMS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论间歇式低氧预适应训练组能等效生理高度的高原习服训练效果,均能提高部队军人的缺氧耐力,促进高原低氧习服。Objective To investigate effect of ladder acclimatization training and intermittent hypoxic preconditioning altitude training in intervention of military personnel during rapidly entering plateau.Methods A total of 100 young soldiers from plain region(altitude≤1000 m)were divided into group A and B(n=50 for each group)according to acclimatization methods.Group received ladder training,while group B received intermittent hypoxic preconditioning altitude training.Heart rate(HR)and blood oxygen saturation(SaO 2)indicators before and after entering training base under calm state,and changes of AMS scores after training were observed in two groups.Results After entering training base(3000m,4000m and preconcerted altitude),there were no significant differences in HR and SaO 2 levels with increasing presence altitude or simulated altitude in two groups(P>0.05).After two weeks of progressive acclimatization training,there was no significant difference in score of acute mountain sickness after entering preconcerted altitude for 1 d in two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Intermittent hypoxic preconditioning can achieve equivalent effect that by physiological equivalent altitude acclimatization training,and the two methods can both improve anoxia endurance and promote high altitude acclimatization in military personnel during rapidly entering plateau.
