摘  要:利用正弦扫频信号激励扬声器,并获取扬声器的响应信号,其波形曲线的最大值即为扬声器的谐振频率。利用方波信号激励扬声器,通过扬声器的振动方向判断扬声器的极性,极性合格的扬声器振动方向为正,极性不合格的扬声器振动方向相反。将一个电阻与扬声器串联,检测扬声器接线柱和盆架之间的电压,通过电压值判断扬声器的绝缘阻抗。上述实验方法通过实验验证均是可行的。通过上述原理,扬声器三参数集成检测系统由计算机软件实现,并通过了100个扬声器检测样本的验证。实验结果表明集成检测系统可行、高效。The response signal of the loudspeaker can be obtained by exciting the loudspeaker with the sweep sine signal.The maximum value on the response curve is the resonant frequency of the loudspeaker.Exciting the loudspeaker by the square wave signal,the polarity can be distinguished by direction of vibration diaphragm,vibration direction of qualified loudspeaker on the response pulse is positive,unqualified loudspeaker is reversed.Connecting a series resistor with a loudspeaker,the insulating property can be inspected by the voltage value between the horn basin frame and the connecting terminal.The proposed methods are practicable by the verification tests.Based on the aforementioned principle,the three-parameter loudspeaker integrated test is implemented by the software program.The accuracy of integrated system is validated by 100 loudspeakers.The experimental results show that this system is practicable and efficient.
