小农户和现代农业发展有机衔接探讨

摘　　要：党的十九大报告明确提出"实现小农户和现代农业发展有机衔接",对于衔接路径的探索成为学者们探讨的热点。分析小农户生存环境的特点,提出突出小农户优势、健全社会化服务体系、提升小农户自身水平、培育新型农业经营主体四条路径,并提出三点政策建议以促进小农户与现代农业发展的有机衔接。In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress,it was proposed that“small-scale farmers and modern agriculture development should be organically connected”.The exploration to the cohesion path has become a hot topic for scholars.Analyzing the characteristics of the small-scale farmers’living environment,proposed four paths:highlighting the advantages of small-scale farmers,sounding the society service system,enhancing the own level of small-scale farmers and cultivating new-type agricultural subjects.And proposed three policy suggestions to promote the organic cohesion between small-scale farmers and modern agriculture develpment.
