大庆市7429名儿童血清总维生素D测定结果分析

摘　　要：目的探究黑龙江大庆市0~14岁儿童血清总维生素D水平与季节、年龄的关系,为指导该地区儿童合理补充维生素D提供科学理论支持。方法收集2015年哈尔滨医科大学附属第五医院儿科门诊7 429名儿童的清晨静脉血,采用本院检验科全自动血生化分析仪(罗氏Cobas6000系列e601)检测血清总维生素D水平。结果 2015年大庆市7 429名0~14岁儿童体内总维生素D平均水平为30.73ng/mL,其中严重缺乏者占7.3%,缺乏者占19.7%,不足者占21.9%,充足者仅为51.1%,体内维生素D水平随年龄增长而降低(P<0.05),冬春季节儿童体内维生素D水平明显低于夏秋季节(P<0.05)。结论黑龙江大庆地区儿童体内维生素D水平偏低,建议在该地区合理补充维生素D以预防相关疾病。Objective To explore the relationship between the serum total vitamin D level and the season and age in 0-14-year-old children in Daqing City of Heilongjiang Province and to provide scientific theoretical support for the reasonable supplementation of vitamin D in children in this area.Methods Early morning venous blood was collected from 7 429 pediatric pediatric outpatient clinics in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University in 2015.Serum total vitamin D levels were measured using an automated blood biochemical analyzer(Roche Cobas 6000 Series e601)in our laboratory.Results The average level of total vitamin D in 7 429 children aged 0-14 years in Daqing in 2015 was 95.88 nmol/L(30.73 ng/mL),of which 7.3%were serious deficiency,19.7%were deficient,21.9%deficient,51.1%adequate.The level of vitamin D in body decreased with age(P<0.05).The level of vitamin D in children in winter and spring was significantly lower than that in summer and autumn(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of vitamin D in children in Daqing area of Heilongjiang Province is low.It is strongly suggested that vitamin D should be rationally supplemented in this area to prevent related diseases.
