尼可地尔治疗微血管性心绞痛的效果及对血管内皮功能的改善作用

摘　　要：目的研究尼可地尔治疗微血管性心绞痛的效果及对血管内皮功能的改善作用。方法选取2016年1月—2018年1月来本院就诊的60例微血管性心绞痛患者作为研究对象,通过随机分组的方式分为对照组和实验组,每组30例,对照组患者采用常规抗心绞痛治疗,实验组患者在此基础上配合尼可地尔治疗,进行一氧化氮、血浆内皮素、血清高敏C反应蛋白的水平测定,从而对比两组患者的治疗有效率和心电图改善有效率,并且对比两组患者的不良反应的发生率。结果实验组患者的治疗有效率以及心电图改善有效率明显低于对照组患者,并且实验组治疗后一氧化氮水平高于对照组,血清高敏C反应蛋白和血浆内皮素水平低于对照组,实验组患者的不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于常规抗心绞痛治疗,利用尼可地尔治疗可以更好的提高患者的治疗有效率,降低血清高敏C反应蛋白和血浆内皮素水平,提高一氧化氮水平,从而更好的改善血管内皮功能,帮助患者更好的恢复身体健康,因此值得被推广。Objective To study the effect of nikodil on the treatment of microvascular angina pectoris and the improvement of vascular endothelial function.Methods Choose from Jan.2016 to Jan.2018 in heilongjiang province jiamusi central hospital of 60 cases of microvascular angina pectoris patients as the research object,through the way of randomized into control group and experimental group,30 cases in each group.Control group were treated by routine anti angina treatment,on the basis of the experimental group patients in the control group governance oh ah,add with nicole,determination of plasma endothelin and nitric oxide,two groups of patients the levels of serum high-sensitivity c-reactive protein,to contrast the treatment of patients with two groups of effectiveness,electrocardiogram(ecg)to improve the effectiveness and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results The effective rate of treatment and ecg in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Experimental group after treatment in patients with slow,nitric oxide levels higher than the control group,serum high-sensitivity c-reactive protein and plasma endothelin levels lower than the control group patients,the treatment group patients incidence of adverse reactions of patients significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional approaches for treating angina pectoris,using flamel,treatment can improve the treatment of patients with better effectiveness,reduce serum high-sensitivity c-reactive protein and plasma endothelin levels,improve the level of nitric oxide,so as to better improve endothelial function,help patients better recover healthy body,therefore deserves to be popularized.
