捏脊对早产低体重儿生长发育的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨捏脊疗法对早产低体重儿生长发育的影响。方法将120例早产低体重儿随机分为对照组和捏脊组,每组60例,对照组给予常规治疗,捏脊组在常规治疗的基础上给予捏脊疗法,两组均干预6个月。比较两组早产低体重儿干预前后的体重、身长、头围及胸围。结果捏脊组的身长、头围及胸围改善情况优于对照组,两组体重、身长、头围及胸围均随干预时间的延长而增加(P<0.05)。结论捏脊疗法对早产低体重儿的生长发育具有促进作用。Objective To investigate the effect of chiropractic on the growth and development of premature infants with low birth weight.Methods A total of 120 premature infants with low birth weight were randomly divided into control group and chiropractic group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,while the chiropractic group received chiropractic on the basis of conventional treatment.Both groups accepted the intervention for 6 months.Body weight,body length,head circumference and chest circumference before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Body length,head circumference and chest circumference improvement in the chiropractic group were superior to those in the control group,and body weight,body length,head circumference and chest circumference increased with time in the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Chiropractic has a positive effect on the growth and development in premature infants with low birth weight.
