摘 要:全光混沌因其结构简单,混沌信号具有类噪声、不可预测等特点被广泛应用于保密通信领域和真随机数发生器领域。文章提出利用特定色散曲线的相位作用与激光器的内外腔的非线性效应来平坦化混沌信号的频谱,从而实现高带宽的混沌信号,同时能够在一定程度上减弱混沌信号的内在相关性。首先搭建了传统的全光混沌结构,分析其频谱特征,然后在该系统结构的外腔环内通过色散补偿器件引入了所设计的特定色散曲线,最后对比分析了不同色散曲线情况下对全光混沌信号频谱的影响。实验结果证明了该方案能够展宽全光混沌信号的频谱。All-optical chaos has been widely used in the fields of secure communication and true random number generator because of its simple structure,noise-like feature and unpredictability.In this paper,the phase effect of specific dispersion curve and the non-linear effect of internal and external laser cavity are used to flat the frequency spectrum of chaotic signals,so as to realize high-bandwidth chaotic signals and weaken the inherent correlation of chaotic signals in a certain extent.Firstly,this article builds a traditional all-optical chaotic structure and analyzes its frequency spectrum characteristics.Then,a series of specific dispersion curve generated by the dispersion compensation device is introduced into the external cavity ring of the system structure.Moreover,the impact of different dispersion curves in the frequency spectrum of chaotic signals is studied.Through the experimental results,this scheme is proved that it can broaden the frequency spectrum of the chaotic signals.
