摘  要:数字化电能计量算法不仅是数字化电能表内的相关算法,还包括合并单元内的相关算法;数字化电能计量的被测对象因要遵从IEC61850通信规约,致使其采样率已被固定、采样数据之间时间不同步、采样数据传输中可能丢帧等。针对这些数字化电能计量算法研究所必须面对的问题,对当前应用于数字化电能计量系统的拉格朗日、埃特金等同步插值算法,点积和、牛顿-柯特斯积分等全电能计量算法,以及准同步、加窗插值傅里叶等电参量分析算法等进行了梳理和对比;盘点了数字化电能计量算法的最新研发进展;并探讨了研发数字化电能计量系统专用算法的必要性、可行性和努力方向。The digital energy measurement algorithms contain not only the algorithms in the digital input electricity meter,but also the relevant algorithms in the merging unit.The communication protocol IEC61850 may lead to fixed sampling rate of the measured signal,unsynchronized sampling of different signals and frame losses during sampling data transmission.To solve the inevitable problems above,recounting and comparisons are arranged to algorithms that are applied to digital energy measurement systems at present,such as synchronous interpolation algorithms like Lagrange and Etkin,all-electrical-energy algorithms like dot product sum and Newton-Cortes integral,and parameter-analysis algorithms like quasi-synchronous and window-interpolation Fourier.The latest research and development of digital energy measurement algorithms are introduced.The necessity,feasibility and improving direction of developing dedicated algorithms for digital energy measurement systems are also discussed.
