摘  要:研究了不同浓度NaCl胁迫对滨梅苗根部和地上部、根组织各部位Na^+和K^+含量的影响。结果表明:0.3%、0.6%NaCl胁迫下,滨梅根部的K^+、Na^+含量均显著上升,地上部的K^+含量显著上升,Na^+含量与对照无显著差异;1.2%NaCl胁迫下,滨梅根部和地上部K^+含量均显著下降,Na^+含量显著上升。扫描电镜结合能谱仪分析显示:滨梅根尖细胞在吸收离子时具有选择性,拒绝Na^+离子进入植物体内,致使中、低浓度NaCl胁迫时,地上部仍然保持较高的[K^+]/[Na^+]比值,从而保持滨梅苗较强的耐盐性。研究表明滨梅可能是通过拒盐的方式,获得盐胁迫下的高耐受性。The effects of different concentrations of NaCl stress on the Na+and K+content in the root and shoot tissues of beach plum were studied.The results showed that,under the stress of 0.3%NaCl and 0.6%NaCl,the Na+and K+content in the root of beach plum increased significantly,while the K+content in the shoot tissues increased and there was significant difference in Na+content;Under the stress of 1.2%NaCl,the K+content in the root and shoot tissues of beach plum significantly decreased,while the Na+content increased significantly.The trial showed,by scanning electron microscopy with the combination of energy spectrum apparatus,that the root tip cells of beach plum absorbed ion selectivity and refused Na+ions into the plants.Consequently,under low and medium concentrations of NaCl stress,the shoot parts remained high[K+]/[Na+]ratio,and maintained the beach plum seedlings highly tolerant to NaCl.Studies indicated that the beach plum could possibly obtain the high tolerance under salt stress through the way of refusing NaCl.
