乙肝益气解郁颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘　　要：目的:建立乙肝益气解郁颗粒的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Diamonsil C18,流动相为水-乙腈(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为230 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μL。以芍药苷为参照,测定10批样品的HPLC图谱,采用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统》(2004 A版)进行相似度评价,确定共有峰。结果:10批样品的HPLC图谱有34个共有峰,相似度均大于0.98;经验证,10批样品HPLC图谱与对照指纹图谱具有较好的一致性。结论:该研究所建指纹图谱可为乙肝益气解郁颗粒的真伪鉴别和质量评价提供参考。OBJECTIVE:To establish HPLC fingerprints of Yigan yiqi jieyu granules.METHODS:HPLC method was adopted.The determination was performed on Diamonsil C18 column with mobile phase consisted of water-acetonitrile(gradient elution)at flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm,and column temperature was 30℃.The sample size was 10μL.Using paeoniflorin as control,HPLC chromatograms of 10 batches of samples were determined.The similarity was evaluated by using TCM Chromatogram Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation System(2004 A version)to determine common peak.RESULTS:There were 34 common peaks in HPLC fingerprints of 10 batches of samples,with the similarities>0.98.After validation,HPLC chromatograms of 10 batches of were in good agreement with control fingerprint.CONCLUSIONS:Established fingerprint can provide reference for identification and quality evaluation of Yigan yiqi jieyu granules.
