摘　　要：骨性关节炎(OA)是一种慢性进行性关节退变,其以缓慢发展的关节肿痛、僵硬、关节畸形及活动受限为临床特征而困扰着患者。该病发病率高并随着人口老龄化的加剧而逐步上升,但目前尚无根治手段,为患者家庭及社会带来沉重的经济负担。目前认为OA的发生和发展与年龄、体质量、金属蛋白酶、细胞因子、信号通路、微RNA等因素密切相关。祖国医学对于本病具有相对独立的学说体系,认为外邪侵袭正虚之体是本病的主要病机,而以此为指导的治疗方法也有独特的优势。Osteoarthritis(OA)is a chronic progressive joint degeneration,and it bothers patients with clinical characteristics like slow development of joint swelling,pain,stiffness,joint deformity and restricted movement.The disease has high morbidity which has been gradually increasing with the aging of the population,however there is no radical cure,and brings heavy economic burden to the patient′s family and society.It′s now considered that the occurrence and development of osteoarthritis are closely related to age,weight,metalloproteinases,cytokines,signaling pathways,and microRNA factors.The pathogenesis theory of traditional Chinese medicine for the disease is a relatively independent doctrine,believing pathogenic factors attacking weak body is the main pathogenesis of the disease,and the treatment based on this theory also has a unique advantage.
