摘　　要：呼吸衰竭是由各种病因导致的严重呼吸功能障碍,是临床上常见的综合征,属于临床上的危重症。目前呼吸衰竭有多种治疗方法,包括氧疗、药物治疗及机械通气等,但结合临床实际应用,需要找寻更加有效、价格低廉的治疗手段。从20世纪末开始吸入一氧化氮(iNO)作为治疗方式进入临床治疗领域,已用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺动脉高压、呼吸窘迫综合征及重症肺炎等多种疾病所致的呼吸衰竭。iNO治疗呼吸衰竭患者可改善患者氧合,降低氧合指数,改善通气-血流比例,增加血氧含量,缓解肺动脉高压,提高氧分压,成为治疗呼吸衰竭的一种有效措施。Respiratory failure is a severe respiratory dysfunction of various causes.It is also a common clinical syndrome,a critical clinical illness.Now there are various treatments for respiratory failure,including oxygen therapy,drug treatment,mechanical ventilation and so on.But in clinical practice,it is necessary to find more effective and inexpensive treatment.At the end of the 20th century,inhaled nitric oxide(iNO)began to enter the field of clinical treatment,which has been used in respiratory failure caused by a variety of diseases,such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,pulmonary hypertension,acute respiratory distress syndrome,severe pneumonia and so on.iNO in patients with respiratory failure could improve the oxygenation of patients,reduce oxygenation index,improve ventilation-blood flow rate,increase the blood oxygen content,alleviate the pulmonary hypertension and improve the oxygen partial pressure.It is an effective treatment for respiratory failure.
