摘　　要：外伤的发病率、病死率以及带来的经济损失往往较高,其中腹部钝伤不容忽视。全身CT扫描(包括头部、颈部、胸部、腹部及盆部)对血流动力学稳定的患者可进行早期评估并协助临床医师制定治疗方案。CT几乎已经取代了诊断性腹膜灌洗检查。随着CT硬件和软件的不断开发,多层螺旋CT已具备较高的空间分辨率、快速传输图像、多种后处理技术、低剂量扫描等技术优势,成为腹部外伤尤其是多部位损伤时不可或缺的检查手段。The incidence,mortality and the economic losses of trauma are often high,especially blunt abdominal trauma.Whole-body CT scans(including head,neck,chest,abdomen and pelvis)can realize early assessment of hemodynamically stable patients and assist clinicians in developing treatment options.CT has virtually replaced diagnostic peritoneal lavage for the detection of important injuries.Substantial hardware and software in CT technology have been continuously developed.Multi-slice spiral CT has the advantages of high spatial resolution,rapid transmission of images,multiple post-processing techniques,low-dose scanning and other technical advantages,making it an indispensable means of examination for abdominal trauma,especially for multiple injuries.
