摘　　要：目的探索本地区系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus rrythematosus,SLE)患者白细胞介素17(interleukins 17,IL-17)的表达及临床意义。方法收集2013年12月至2014年4月在济宁医学院附属济宁市第一人民医院确诊的SLE患者25例作为SLE组,同期健康体检的25名健康者作为对照组。酶联免疫吸附法(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测两组血清中IL-17水平,进行分析比较。同时进行SLE活动性指数(systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity index,SLEDAI)评分,分析血清中IL-17与SLEDAI评分的相关性。结果SLE患者血清中IL-17水平(26.02±2.56)pg/ml明显高于正常对照组(14.84±2.00)pg/ml(P<0.01),且与SLEDAI评分呈正相关(r=0.44,P<0.05).结论 IL-17参与了SLE的发病机制,且可能是反映SLE活动的有效指标。Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of interleukins(IL-17)17 in local patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods 25 patients were collected with SLE 2013.12-2014.4 in Jining No.1 People’s Hospital as the SLE group.At the same time 25 healthy people were collected as control group.The levels of IL-17 of the two groups were detected by ELISA method,and then compared between the two groups.At the same time SLEDAI score was evaluated in SLE patients.The correlation between serum IL-17 and SLEDAI score was analyzed.Results The levels of serum IL-17 of SLE patients(26.02±2.56)pg/mL was significantly higher than the normal control group(14.84±2.00)pg/mL(P<0.01),which was positively linear relationship with the SLEDAI score(r=0.44,P<0.05).Conclusion IL-17 is involved in the pathogenesis of SLE,which is probably one of the effective way to reflect the activity of SLE.
