摘 要:激波吹灰器因自动化程度高、吹灰效果明显、维护工作量小等优点,在某石化二催化装置余热炉中得到应用。在激波吹灰器运行期间,发现存在非净化风带水、瓦斯带液、瓦斯与风的混合比例不好控制、电磁阀故障率高、运行工况无法室内监控等问题。针对这一系列问题,采取优化措施,如对非净化风进行干燥处理、引入余热炉各单元温差参数方便观察、加强巡检与设备维护等,使激波吹灰器能够保持在良好的运行工况,余热炉汽包可增产3.5MPa蒸汽5t/h,排烟温度可控制在168℃内,余热炉热效率提高了2%,二催化装置各项关键能耗指标得到有效降低。文章还对激波吹灰器今后的运行提出了一些优化建议,以保证余热炉高效、平稳的长周期运行。Shock wave soot blower has been applied to the waste heat furnace of 2#FCC in SINOPEC Luoyang Company because of its high degree of automation,obvious dedusting effect and easy maintenance.During the running period of shock wave soot blower,some operational issues are discovered such as the non purifying wind entrained with water,the gas entrained with liquid,the uncontrollable ratio of gas and wind,the frequent breakdown of electromagnetic valve,and the difficulty in monitoring the operation indoors.Aiming at these problems,optimization measures are taken involving the dry processing to the non purifying wind,the introduction of temperature difference parameters of waste heat furnace for convenient observation,the enhancement of inspection and facility maintenance.In this way,the shock wave soot blower can operate under favorable operating condition.The steam drum of waste heat furnace could increase 5 tons of 3.5 MPa stream per hour;the exhaust temperature could be controlled under 168 ℃.And the thermal efficiency of waste heat furnace was improved by 2% and the various key energy consumption indicators of 2#FCC were reduced.In addition,this paper also puts forward some suggestions for the operation optimization of shock wave soot blower in the future to ensure the efficient and smooth running of waste heat furnace for a long period.
