雅站凝析油稳定塔液泛原因分析及防范对策

摘　　要：雅站凝析油稳定塔自投运起数次发生参数紊乱、液泛,既存在降液管液泛,也存在雾沫夹带液泛,其液泛情况具有一定代表性。通过对引起降液管液泛、雾沫夹带液泛相关因素进行分析,找出原因,并结合实际情况提出了相关防范对策。从洗盐流程、运行管理、操作管理方面进行优化和调整,减少了凝析油稳定塔液泛次数,保障了凝析油稳定单元的平稳运行。The condensate oil stabilizer has had several parameter disturbances and flooding since its operation including flooding of downcomer and entrainment.So the flooding is typical.Through analyzing the related factors for the flooding,this paper found out the reasons.Then,it puts forward the countermeasures according to the actual situation.The optimization and adjustment of the salt washing process,operation management,operation management and other measures have been carried out to reduce the number of the flooding of the condensate oil stabilizer and ensure the smooth operation of the condensate stabilization unit.
