摘 要:由于厚壁奥氏体不锈钢晶型特点,其焊缝超声检测试块一直是无损检测领域的难题。为了给调整超声波检测探头灵敏度提供有效的参考,提高厚壁奥氏体不锈钢焊缝超声检测的可靠性和准确性,根据NB/T 47013—2015《承压设备无损检测》的要求,按照现场管道的焊接工艺,制作不同的典型人工缺陷对比试块,选用常规超声波K1.5、2 MHz斜探头在40mm和60 mm模拟试块上进行检测,结果显示,检测能够扫查到缺陷,且定位基本准确。后期将进一步改善检测工艺,以选择更合理的检测条件。Because of the characteristics of austenitic stainless steel,the ultrasonic testing of the weld test block has been a difficulty in the field of nondestructive testing.To provide effective reference and improve the reliability and accuracy of ultrasonic testing of the austenitic stainless steel weld,the test blocks of different typical artificial defects were made according to the requirements of standard NB/T 47013 and the welding process of the site pipeline.The conventional ultrasonic K1.5 and 2 MHz oblique probe were used to test 40 mm and 60 mm simulated test block.The results showed that the flaw was detected and the positioning was basically accurate.In the later stage,it will further improve the detection technology in the detection work so as to select more reasonable test conditions.
