摘　　要：目的:总结创伤后肘关节僵硬合并异位骨化的预防及治疗对策。方法:整理我院2013年2月至2015年2月创伤后出现肘关节僵硬合并异位骨化患者的临床资料,患者中于我院接受手术松解及康复治疗者有23例术后随访时间≥2年,比较其术前、末次随访时肘关节屈伸活动范围、关节功能评分变化,总结治疗效果并探讨预防对策。结果:患者术后切口均愈合良好,随访24~55个月,中位随访时间36个月,随访期间除1例患者异位骨化复发外,其余患者关节功能均明显改善。与术前相比,患者末次随访时肘关节屈伸活动范围、关节功能评分均明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:外科手术治疗创伤后肘关节僵硬合并异位骨化效果可靠,但手术本身的并发症风险值得重视,采取药物、康复训练等方式尽可能降低异位骨化发生率,可改善患者关节功能恢复质量。Objective:The objective of this study was to summarize the prevention and treatment measures of posttraumatic stiff elbow combining heterotopic ossification.Methods:A total of 23 patients with posttraumatic stiff elbow combining heterotopic ossification treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and were given lysis and rehabilitation treatment,being followed up for more than 2 years.The range of motion of elbow and elbow function before the treatment and at the time of the latest follow-up were compared.The effect was summarized and the prevention measures were explored.Results:The postoperative incisions were well-healed,and the follow-up time lasted from 24 to 55 months with the median time of 36 months.During the follow-up,1 patient had heterotopic ossification and the rest of patients recovered well.Compared to the preoperative,the range of motion of elbow and elbow function at the time of the latest follow-up were significantly improved,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Surgical procedure has a reliable effect on posttraumatic stiff elbow combining heterotopic ossification.However,the risk of the complications should be attached great importance,which can be reduced by medication employment and rehabilitation training.
