摘　　要：幽门螺杆菌(Hp)在胃肠外疾病发生、发展的协同致病作用是近年来的研究热点。Hp感染表现为一种慢性、持续性感染,局部的炎症反应产生的炎性介质作用于全身、诱导一系列免疫反应作用于其他系统、影响营养素或药物的吸收,这些因素可能是其参与胃肠外疾病发生的基础。基于以往的研究结果,Hp感染作为缺铁性贫血及特发性血小板减少性紫癜的确切病因,已经纳入Maastricht Ⅳ/佛罗伦萨共识报告并推荐在上述两种疾病患者常规检测并根除Hp。然而,Hp感染与肝胆、心血管、内分泌、神经等系统疾病之间的关系尚存在分歧,还需大量的研究尤其是在不同的人群间加以深入探讨。The synergistic pathogenesis of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection in the development of extragastric disease is a hot issue in recent years.Hp infection is a chronic and persistent infection,which produces a low-grade inflammatory state,induces molecular mimicry mechanisms,and interferes with the absorbance of nutrients and drugs possibly influencing the occurrence or the evolution of many diseases.Based on the results of previous studies,the role of Hp in the causation of iron deficiency anemia(IDA)and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP)is of considerable interest,and the last MaastrichtⅣ/Florence Consensus Report recommends to search and treat Hp infection in IDA and ITP.Nevertheless,studies with contradictory results on the relationship between Hp infection and liver,cardiovascular,endocrine and nervous system diseases,still need a lot of in-depth studies especially in different populations.
