血必净对脓毒症血管内皮保护作用的研究进展

摘　　要：脓毒症是一种高发病率、高病死率的严重疾患,给社会带来沉重负担。其多累及血管内皮,引起屏障功能破坏,凝血功能紊乱,白细胞黏附和浸润增多,血管舒缩功能异常。而血管内皮功能紊乱是脓毒症发病过程中的核心病理环节,它能促使脓毒症器官功能障碍的发生。血必净是临床治疗脓毒症的常用中药静脉注射液,其能够保护血管内皮的屏障功能,纠正血管内皮细胞损伤引起的凝血功能紊乱,抑制白细胞黏附和浸润,恢复血管的舒缩功能,进而保护脓毒症患者的器官功能。未来,需进一步研究血必净发挥作用的有效成分及具体作用机制。Sepsis is a serious disease with high morbidity and mortality,which brings heavy burden to the society.It often endangers vascular endothelium,causing barrier dysfunction,coagulation disorders,leukocyte adhesion and infiltration and abnormal vasoconstriction.Vascular endothelial dysfunction is the core pathological process in the pathogenesis of sepsis,which can promote the occurrence of organ dysfunction in sepsis.As a traditional Chinese medicine intravenous injection,Xuebijing injection is commonly used in the treatment of sepsis.It could promote protection of vascular endothelial barrier function,correct coagulopathy,inhibit leukocyte adhesion and infiltration and recover vasomotor function,thus protect the organ function of septic patients.It is necessary to further study the effective ingredients and specific mechanisms of Xuebijing in treating sepsis in the future.
