摘　　要：随着医学的进步,全世界每年接受心脏外科手术的心脏病患者例数逐年增加,虽然心脏病患者的生存率大大提升,但心脏手术患者术后的并发症发生率仍居高不下。右美托咪定(DEX)是一种高选择性的α2肾上腺素受体激动剂,具有镇静、催眠、抗焦虑、镇痛、抑制交感反应等作用,目前已广泛应用于临床。近年来DEX在心脏手术围术期的应用日益广泛,包括先天性心脏病手术、心脏瓣膜置换手术、冠状动脉旁路移植等,它的合理应用在心脏外科手术的整个围术期中发挥着重要作用。With the progress of medicine,the number of patients undergoing cardiac surgery is increasing year by year in the world.Although the survival rate of patients with heart disease is greatly improved,the postoperative complication rate is still high.Dexmedetomidine(DEX)is a highly selectiveα2-adrenergic receptor agonist.It has the functions of sedation,hypnosis,anti-anxiety,analgesia,and inhibiting sympathetic response.It has been widely used in clinical.In recent years,DEX has been widely used in perioperative cardiac surgery,including congenital heart surgery,heart valve replacement surgery,coronary artery bypass grafting surgery,and so on.Its rational application plays an important role in the whole perioperative period of cardiac surgery.
