摘　　要：右美托咪定(DEX)因其镇痛、镇静、维持血流动力学的稳定、抑制交感神经活性等作用被广泛应用于临床。它能引发并维持自然非动眼睡眠状态,对呼吸的影响较小,应用于小儿较安全。虽然目前DEX在小儿临床的应用经验越来越多,但其可应用于小儿并没有在说明书中出现。近年来,随着儿科诊疗水平的不断提高,其镇痛、镇静的要求也不断提高。未来,应进一步研究DEX在小儿临床中的应用,以使其小儿临床用药更安全、有效。Dexmedetomidine(DEX)is widely used in clinical practice because of its analgesic,sedative,hemodynamic stability and inhibition of sympathetic activity.It can trigger and maintain the natural non-rapid eyes movements sleep,with little effect on respiration,safety in children.Although more and more experience has been accumulated in pediatric clinics,DEX application in children is not included in the instructions.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the level of pediatric diagnosis and treatment,the requirements for analgesia and sedation are also increasing.In the future,we should further study the clinical application of DEX in children so that the clinical medication of children is safer and more effective.
