摘 要:为探究寒地杂交粳稻高产优质育种生理基础,以第二积温区生产试验对照品种龙稻5号和杂交组合800s/958为试验材料,对寒地杂交粳稻与常规粳稻的源库特性进行比较分析。结果表明:源特性方面,杂交粳稻组合800s/958株型紧凑,株叶型配置好,群体透光性强,叶绿素含量高,光合作用能力更强。库特性方面,杂交粳稻每穗粒数和千粒重多于龙稻5号,而单位面积有效穗数略低。流特性方面,杂交粳稻物质积累能力和运转能力突出。源库关系方面,杂交粳稻的粒叶比是龙稻5号的1.13倍。与常规粳稻相比,杂交粳稻源丰库大,库、源、流三者相互协调,成为其高产优质的有力保障。In order to explore the physiological basis of japonica hybrid rice breeding with high yield and quality in the second accumulative temperature area,the control varieties of Longdao 5 and 800s/958 were used as test materials,and the source-sink characteristics of hybrid japonica rice and conventional japonica rice in the cold region were compared.The results showed that in source characteristics,that the hybrid japonica rice combination 800s/958 was compact with good plant leaf configuration,good transmittance of population,high chlorophyll content and stronger photosynthesis ability.The characteristics of sink was that the number of grains per panicle and 1 000-grain weight of japonica hybrid rice was more than that of Longdao 5,while the effective panicles per unit area was slightly lower.The result of flow characteristics was that accumulation ability of japonica hybrid rice material was outstanding.In source and sink relations,grain-leaf ratio of japonica hybrid rice was 1.13 times of Longdao 5.Compared with the conventional japonica rice,the hybrid japonica rice had abundant source,big sink and better coordination of source,sink and flow,and it had become a powerful guarantee for its high yield and high quality.
