摘　　要：电子商务随通信设备的普及逐步发展,成为未来商务发展的主流趋势。由于O2O电子商务平台拥有丰富的线下资源和庞大用户基数,而LBS技术能够为客户带来更多的优质服务,电子商务必然受到更多的用户青睐和商家的关注。对基于LBS技术的O2O电子商务平台进行开发是当前社会发展的必然要求。笔者通过文献调查、数据分析、专家咨询等多种方式对我国现阶段基于LBS技术的O2O电子商务平台发展水平进行了深入分析和探讨。The gradual development of the popularity of e-commerce with the communication equipment,has become the main trend of future business development.Because of the O2O e-commerce platform has rich line resources and a huge user base,and LBS technology can bring more high-quality service for the customer,e-commerce will be more users and businesses concerned.The development of the O2O e-commerce platform based on LBS technology is the inevitable requirement of the current social development.Through the literature investigation,data analysis,expert consultation and other ways,the author analyzes and discusses the development level of O2O e-commerce platform based on LBS technology in our country at present.
