摘　　要：随着医院信息化的快速发展,无线查房已成为现代医院信息化建设的重要组成部分之一。笔者详细阐述了医院无线查房系统的设计,包括系统架构的设计、无线网络平台的设计、硬件与软件的设计,以及系统的应用实施与优势分析。该系统的应用为医护人员开展工作提供了便利,提高了医疗服务质量,为医院的移动办公提供了有效支撑。最后在深入思考移动医疗发展趋势的基础上,提出了科学合理的展望,打开了后期系统功能拓展的研究思路。With the rapid development of hospital informatization,wireless rounds of examination have become one of the important components of modern hospital informatization.The author elaborates the design of the hospital ward rounds,including the design of system architecture,the design of wireless network platform,the design of hardware and software,and the application and advantage analysis of the system.The application of this system facilitates the work of medical staff,improves the quality of medical service,and provides effective support for the hospital's mobile office.Finally,on the basis of thinking deeply about the trend of mobile medical development,this paper puts forward the scientific and reasonable prospect,and opens the research idea of the function extension of the later system.
