摘　　要："正义不仅要实现,而且要以人们看得见的方式实现"。为大力推进公安执法规范化建设和顺应以审判为中心的诉讼制度改革的要求,北京市公安局在海淀分局试点运行一站式执法办案新模式。分析和总结北京市公安局一站式执法办案模式发展现状,探析其未来发展路径,对进一步完善及推广一站式执法办案模式具有重要的意义。Justice is not only to be realized,but also to be realized in the way that people see it.In order to vigorously promote the standardization of public Security Law enforcement and to comply with the trialcentric reform of the litigation system,Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau started to run the new one-stop law enforcement case-handling model in Haidian branch.It is of great significance to analyze and summarize the development of the one-stop mode of law enforcement in Beijing Public Security Bureau,explore its future development path and thus further improve and popularize the one-stop mode of law enforcement.
