摘　　要：根据多年的教学经验,总结了普通微生物学显微镜教学中的几个普遍存在的问题,并从教学方法、学生管理和实验室硬件建设方面提出了改进措施。Based on years of teaching experience,several common problems existing in the teaching of microscope in the course of general microbiology were summarize,and corrective actions were proposed on the aspect of teaching methods,as well as the student management and the enhancement of laboratory equipments.
