摘　　要：线损率是电力企业考核的重要指标,线损率能直观体现电力企业管理水平和设备节能效果。配电网的理论线损率计算较为复杂,计算方法较多,针对目前较为流行的配网理论线损率计算方法,笔者采用Access和VB编程,利用Access强大的数据处理能力和VB良好的人机交互界面,实现10 kV配电网电量法、容量法和前推回代法下的理论线损率计算。Line loss rate is an important indicator of the electricity enterprises assessment,and the level of line loss rate directly affects the overall management of the electricity sector and equipment energy-saving effect.The calculation of the theoretical line loss rate of the distribution network is quite complicated and there are a number of calculation methods.Aiming at popular calculation methods of the line loss rate of distribution network now,the author uses Access and VB programming to make use of Access's powerful data processing capabilities and VB's good man-machine interface to realize the theoretical line loss rate calculation under the 10 kV distribution network's power method,capacity method and pre-return generation method.
