摘　　要：炉号自动匹配是二级系统的主要功能之一,由于CSP生产线没有三级生产系统,生产计划不能自动下发,炉号匹配一直手动完成。随着连铸二级系统升级改造的完成,采用了主流的TCP/IP通讯协议,通过开发程序来自动获取炼钢系统MES中的数据,实现二级系统炉号自动匹配。Automatic matching of Heat ID is one of the main functions of Level two system,since the CSP production line does not have a level three production system,the production schedule cannot be automatically delivered,Heat ID matching has been manually completed.But casting level two have been upgraded,the mainstream TCP/IP protocol is adopted,it allows us to automatically obtain data from MES through the development process,so automatic matching of Heat ID in casting Level two is realized.
