基于CIMISS的省市县三级气象信息传输监控系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：笔者根据CIMISS系统业务化后对气象信息传输的业务需求,在分析和总结了现有业务系统的现状以及不同级别气象部门的需求之后,通过CIMISS的MCP子系统提供的接口,研究开发了面向省市县三级的气象信息传输监控系统,实现了16种中国局考核资料以及2种省级监控资料的传输状态实时监控报警及处置功能,为提高气象信息传输质量提供了支撑。After analyzing and summarizing the status quo of existing business systems and the needs of meteorological departments at different levels,the author,based on the business requirements of meteorological information transmission after business operations of CIMISS system,through the interfaces provided by CIMISS MCP subsystem,researches and develops a meteorological information transmission monitoring system for provincial,county and county levels,realizes the real-time monitoring,alarm and disposal functions of transmission status of 16 kinds of China Bureau assessment data and 2 kinds of provincial monitoring data,which provides support for improving the quality of meteorological information transmission.
