摘　　要：Maximo系统作为天津分公司设备设施完整性规划的核心系统,经过十多年的深化应用,为企业积累了大量的设备全生命周期的宝贵数据,用户通过Web报表展示、分析这些维修、采购数据,帮助企业不断优化设备维修及备件采办策略。现有的Web报表不具备权限管理功能,那么Maximo系统中的数据在展示过程中必然存在安全隐患。笔者通过对Maximo系统和Web报表系统架构进行深入分析,在Web报表中植入相关权限管理配置功能,使Maximo系统和Web报表系统完美融合,对相关用户进行特别授权,有效保护了企业商业机密的安全性,这对石油石化企业的设备优化管理有着较大的借鉴意义。Maximo system,as the core system of equipment integrity planning in Tianjin Branch,has accumulated more valuable data for the whole life cycle of the equipment after more than ten years of deepening application.Users show and analyze these maintenance and purchasing data through Web report to help enterprises optimize equipment maintenance and spare parts acquisition strategy continuously.The existing Web report does not have the right management function,then the data in the Maximo system will inevitably have security risks in the display process.Through in-depth analysis of the Maximo system and Web reporting system architecture,the author implanted related rights management configuration features in Web reports to make the integration between Maximo system and Web reporting system particularly authorized for related users,effectively protecting the confidential business information Safety,which is of great significance to the equipment optimization management of petroleum and petrochemical enterprises.
