摘　　要：利用大数据技术对收集的用户行为数据进行分析,包括用户的行为习惯、特征和影响用户体验关键因素分析,可以得到提高信息系统的用户体验的策略,从而为信息系统的建设提供借鉴。数据捕获与分析系统已全面实施,并取得了较好的应用成果。The use of big data technology to analyze the collected user behavior data,including user behavior,characteristics and key factors affecting user experience analysis,can obtain the strategies for improving the user experience of information system,so as to provide reference for the construction of information systems.Data capture and analysis system has been fully implemented and has achieved good results.
