摘　　要：信息化时代的到来对人事管理提出新的要求,其对于传统人事管理模式产生巨大冲击,只有融合信息化发展特点开展人事信息管理,才能够让人事信息管理更加高效、科学。基于此,就信息化时代背景下质监部门如何进行人事信息管理进行分析研究,希望可以为人事信息管理的优化提供借鉴。The arrival of the information age puts forward new requirements for personnel management,which has a huge impact on the traditional personnel management model.Only by fusing the characteristics of information development and carrying out personnel information management,can personnel information management be more efficient and scientific.Based on this,this paper analyzes and studies the personnel information management of the quality supervision department under the background of the information age,and hopes to provide references for the optimization of personnel information management.
