摘　　要：笔者基于网运技术建立一个立体型、可实现互动的知识库,该知识库采用动态表单技术、流程引擎技术、规则引擎技术,由传统的静态页面和供使用者"读"为主的知识库,向知识与故障分析和处理流程紧密结合方式转变,达到"知识流程化、操作向导式、服务智能化"的目的。Based on the network technology,knowledge base was established in this paper,which is three-dimensional and can realize the interaction.This knowledge base uses dynamic form technology,process engine technology and rule engine technology,which is changed from the traditional static pages to the knowledge base,which is a combination of knowledge and fault analysis and process flow,so as to achieve the purpose of“knowledge flow,operation wizard,intelligent service”.
