摘　　要：近年来,随着信息技术的不断发展,信息管理系统已不断渗入人们的日常生活。传统办公中的数据处理方法已无法满足当今高速、大量的数据处理要求,各行各业都逐渐开展信息化办公。高校的科研管理工作也不例外,单纯依靠Word、Excel的传统科研管理方式十分繁琐,人们期待更为方便、快捷且高效的数据管理方式的产生。In recent years,with the continuous development of information technology,the information management system has penetrated into the people's daily life.Data processing method in traditional office has been unable to meet the requirements of today's high-speed,a large number of data processing,all walks of life are gradually carried out informatization office.The management of scientific research work in colleges and universities is no exception,simply rely on Word,Excel's traditional scientific research management mode is very complicated,people look forward to a more convenient,quick,and efficient way of data management.
