摘　　要：Tree View控件具有界面简洁、层级清晰的特点。在电子人事档案管理系统中,单位及人员的信息量都很大,是数据管理的重点,这些数据具有分级的特点,因此,可以采用树控件来表示隶属关系,实现简化系统界面、加快检索速度的目的。在系统设计时,通过操作数据库,实现对节点的添加、删除管理,以及实现过滤显示的功能。Tree View control has the features of simple interface and clear hierarchy.In the electronic personnel records management system,the amount of information of the units and personnel is very large,and it is the focus of data management.These data have hierarchical features,so tree control can be used to represent membership relations,and simplify the system interface and accelerate the retrieval speed.In the management system design,through the operation of the database,the addition,deletion management of nodes,and the function of filtering display are implemented.
